As part of the Sensors & Controls division, you will design and implement operational processes for manufacturing. Your experience of 3-5+ years will enable you to create manufacturing standards and evaluate product designs effectively. You’ll work closely with various engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop manufacturing processes and work instructions
• Update standard procedures for manufacturing efficiency
• Review engineering drawings prior to product release
• Conduct labor and equipment analyses for projects
• Liaise with cross-functional engineering teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical preferred
• 3-5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role
• Knowledge of brushless DC motors desirable
• Proficiency in CAD software for design tasks
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
