In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing regulatory requirements and submissions for Olympus Canada Inc. You will serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior staff and ensuring that all product developments meet Canadian regulatory standards. Collaborate with various functional teams to maintain compliance and align product design with legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight for regulatory submissions to Canada
• Liaise with global teams for licensing documentation
• Evaluate and report on regulatory changes
• Ensure marketing materials comply with regulations
• Maintain databases for regulatory approvals
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in regulatory affairs
• Knowledge of Canadian and US regulations
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Experience in global environments
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
