Key Responsibilities:
• Offer peer support based on lived experiences
• Engage with youth using personalized approaches
• Lead planning and implementation of peer activities
• Conduct follow-up support for youth with higher needs
• Document interactions to improve service delivery

Requirements:
• Relevant lived experience with youth struggles
• At least one year in a support or volunteer role
• Completion of appropriate peer support training
• Understanding of YMCA's values and mission
• Provide 3 satisfactory references prior to hire
