As part of the Operations team, the chosen candidate will be responsible for driving health and safety programs and legislative compliance. With 3-5 years of experience, you will develop training programs and oversee risk assessments. Your efforts will support the creation of a protected workplace aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement health and safety training programs
• Conduct risk assessments to mitigate workplace hazards
• Maintain and analyze OHS metrics and documentation
• Review contractor safety compliance and practices
• Respond and support safety incident investigations

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in health and safety roles
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with WSIB claims management
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance standards
