In this role as a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will assess the needs of patients and families while facilitating their engagement in care decisions. Your responsibilities include developing care plans, performing nursing procedures, and documenting care accurately. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient and family care needs
• Encourage patient involvement in health decisions
• Document patient care and outcomes
• Ensure a safe and clean workplace
• Participate in quality improvement activities

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current BCCNM registration
• Minimum one year of related nursing experience
• Competency in English communication
• Ability to operate nursing equipment effectively
