Collaborate with Product, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure that recent features meet real-world needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain features from back end to front end
• Tackle complex scale and concurrency challenges
• Maintain third-party tool integrations for reliability
• Collaborate with teams to solve production issues
• Mentor and elevate team performance through reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years experience with Ruby on Rails
• Proficient in front-end technologies like React
• Strong SQL skills for data-driven problem solving
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles
• Experience with Agile development practices
