In this full time position, you will report to the Business and Human Services Integration Manager while supervising the Integrated Services Assistants. Your role will involve working closely with departmental supervisors to facilitate effective integration across services, including income assistance and housing support. You will foster a collaborative environment to improve client outcomes through strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Integrated Services Assistants in service delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to improve service integration




• Train and develop staff for effective performance outcomes
• Assess client service impacts and integration metrics
• Ensure adherence to human services laws and regulations

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or related field
• 3-5 years of human services supervisory experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant human services legislation
• Must pass a Criminal Record Reference Check
