CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including accounting system implementations or bringing finance functions in‑house.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls under ASPE/GAAP.
Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and business partnering skills with the ability to influence executive decision‑making.
Bilingual in English and French would be considered an asset.
A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions‑focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
