Sodexo is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager in Corrections Food Services to oversee HR and safety efforts throughout Alberta. This full time position is integral to supporting workforce compliance and engagement.

In this role, you will focus 70% of your efforts on human resources and employee relations, with 30% dedicated to health and safety compliance. You'll partner closely with operational leaders, manage workplace conflicts, and ensure the implementation of training programs. Your insights will guide grievance management and compliance with health and safety legislation in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary HR advisor for leadership teams
• Manage performance and attendance issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and food safety measures
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend resolutions
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Five years of HR experience in multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of Alberta employment legislation
• Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion
• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
