Shape community connections and grassroots activism as the Senior Manager of Community Engagement at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. Drive impactful strategies and mobilization efforts.
You will lead the charge in executing long-term engagement strategies that build capacity within the Greater Toronto Jewish community. Your experience will inform initiatives aimed at tackling issues around Jewish safety, advocacy, and identity, while fostering strong volunteer networks. This senior role calls for a visionary leader passionate about community-driven change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage grassroots organizing initiatives
• Build strategic partnerships with community stakeholders
• Implement large-scale advocacy campaigns and activities
• Coach and support volunteer networks in their efforts
• Analyze engagement data to enhance strategy effectiveness
Requirements:
• At least 7–10 years in grassroots activism or organizing
• Experience with public affairs and community relations
• Solid leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of CRM systems considered an asset
