Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of underground mine plans aligned to safety standards
• Finalize engineering deliverables with the underground mining contractor
• Align AEX design with Main Production Project objectives
• Supervise junior engineers and mentor new planners
• Monitor development performance and recommend corrective actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering (P. Eng. eligible)
• 5-7 years’ experience in underground mine engineering
• Proficiency in mining planning software
• Strong understanding of long-hole stoping practices
• Skilled in AutoCAD and Excel modeling
