As Maintenance Coordinator, you will spearhead daily maintenance activities and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Your skills in planning, organization, and collaboration with contractors will be crucial. Manage the CMMS tool for efficient record-keeping and preventative maintenance scheduling, while leading fire drills and emergency training for staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with regional building codes and regulations
