Join Husky TechnologiesTM as the Global Benefits Lead, managing and enhancing benefits programs under a 16 to 18 month contract. Your expertise will drive employee satisfaction and strategic alignment.

In this role, you will lead the design, governance, and administration of comprehensive perks initiatives. You will utilize strong analytical skills to review current programs and identify competitive opportunities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure programs meet both business and employee needs. Engage with different regions to enhance service delivery and compliance across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize all global employee benefits offerings
• Conduct annual plan reviews for competitiveness and effectiveness




• Manage RFPs for vendor selection and benefits redesign
• Oversee compliance during open enrollments and audits
• Provide support on complex benefits inquiries and employee communication

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field
• At least 7 years of benefits or HR experience
• Advanced skills in Excel and data manipulation
• Experience with Oracle HCM or equivalent HRIS systems
• Strong project management capabilities
