This role will report to the District Principal, Safe & Caring Schools, focusing on providing essential counselling services and school liaison for children, youth, and families. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team while managing case loads and supporting staff development, promoting effective interventions for youth mental health and substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic support through counselling sessions
• Oversee employee recruitment and mentorship programs




• Monitor progress of assigned cases and adjust strategies
• Conduct performance reviews and manage attendance issues
• Facilitate communication between schools and ICY teams

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in psychological counselling
• Registered as a Clinical Counsellor with BCACC
• 3-5 years’ relevant counselling experience
• Proven track record in crisis intervention
• Familiarity with community collaboration efforts
