In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Packaging Maintenance team, ensuring compliance with all safety practices and relevant procedures. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives aligning with the Engineering Strategic Plan. You will develop key metrics to evaluate performance, oversee maintenance tasks, and engage team members in achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Packaging Maintenance team activities
• Optimize equipment functionality and minimize downtime
• Implement safety and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage key maintenance metrics and compliance

Requirements:
• Engineering degree or diploma required
• 5 years in a relevant technical field
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in Food or Pharma industries is an advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
