In this critical role as Lead Release Train Engineer, you will spearhead the delivery of complex initiatives while partnering with technology and business leaders at Manulife. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the delivery of comprehensive initiatives and releases
• Develop integrated roadmaps and monitor delivery milestones




• Oversee application releases with transparent status communication
• Mentor agile roles including Scrum Masters and Analysts
• Ensure alignment with agile best practices and governance

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in agile leadership roles
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
• Proven skills in managing dependencies and stakeholder needs
• Strong experience leading distributed teams
• Outstanding communication and facilitation capabilities
