This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of Riverside Pharmacy. You will deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and foster a supportive team culture. Improve service standards while managing inventory and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer high-level pharmaceutical care to community members
• Develop and coach pharmacy staff to excellence
• Maintain stock levels and manage inventory efficiently
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance
• Oversee ordering and storage of pharmaceutical products
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy
• Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience
• Additional Prescribing Authority is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
