This role will support the growing demand within our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic. The successful applicant will deliver the highest standard of outpatient ENT care, managing all routine ENT conditions, including paediatric patients, while working autonomously within a community setting. Woodlands Surgery, Eden House, 48-49 Bateman St, Cambridge CB2 1LR Peterborough City Care Centre, Thorpe Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE3 6DBKey ResponsibilitiesProvide secure, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with clinical best practice and governance standardsWork collaboratively with the ENT Lead and report to the Service Manager (Operations) to manage all aspects of the ENT service in line with agreed objectivesContribute to the development and optimisation of patient pathways, improving access, outcomes, and patient experienceSupport service efficiency by driving best practice in performance management and financial sustainabilityIdentify opportunities to reduce costs, implement innovative ways of working, and improve service deliveryLead, motivate, and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve maximum efficiency and high standards of careRole RequirementsFull GMC registration with a licence to practiseExtensive experience in ENT outpatient care, including management of paediatric ENT patientsAbility to manage all routine ENT conditions independently within a community clinic settingDemonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining high clinical and professional standardsStrong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety,
