In this full-time position, you will conduct diagnostic clinical assessments and design tailored treatment plans for clients referred by Veterans' Affairs Canada, RCMP, and CAF. Your expertise in evidence-based mental health interventions will support individuals dealing with operational stress injuries and related conditions. You will play a critical role in program evaluation and development, ensuring the highest quality of care for clients in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide diagnostic clinical assessments for clients • Design personalized treatment plans with the team • Deliver individual and group psychotherapy interventions • Utilize monitoring tools to gauge treatment effectiveness • Participate in program evaluation and collaborative goal setting
Requirements: • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology • Registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists • Experience with military or public safety personnel • Advanced clinical experience in trauma and anxiety disorders • Proven skills in psychological assessment and psychotherapy
