Join St. Michaels University School as a Senior Development Officer and enhance donor relations within a vibrant educational community. This role centers on partnership-building and impactful fund development.

As a key member of the Advancement team, you will lead initiatives to identify and cultivate major donors, and support a diverse community of alumni and families. A successful candidate should be emotionally intelligent, discreet, and adaptable, with over three years of relevant fundraising experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with major gift donors
• Develop and manage donor engagement plans
• Conduct personal visits to strengthen connections
• Collaborate with team on fundraising strategies
• Draft proposals and donor success stories

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
• At least three years of fundraising experience
• Proven track record in meeting fundraising goals
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Solid judgment and discretion in communications
