• Lead researcher compensation management processes
• Support annual audit and compliance activities
• Ensure integrity of financial data through reconciliations
• Collaborate on improving finance processes and controls
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• At least five years in accounting roles
• Robust financial reporting and analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• CPA progress is advantageous
