Key Responsibilities:
• Administer payroll processes and time exceptions for FNHA staff
• Conduct bi-weekly accuracy audits of employee time records
• Assist HR with job data and advantages problem resolution
• Ensure timely processing of payroll cycles
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent
• 2 years relevant payroll administration experience
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with union payroll systems is a plus
