You'll engage closely with clients in their homes and facilitate effective interdisciplinary collaboration. This role emphasizes key skills like wound care, IV therapy, and health teaching, ensuring comprehensive patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and palliative support
• Administer medication and conduct health teaching
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on client care




• Mentor and support peers for clinical excellence
• Facilitate resources to assist clients in achieving goals

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Qualified Liability Insurance
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Clear criminal record check
• Ability to travel independently within the community
