Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
• Monitor operations through the Building Automation System
• Respond swiftly to emergency equipment issues




• Conduct operational testing on generators and HVAC
• Record maintenance details via the computerized management system

Requirements:
• Ontario Millwright Certificate with Red Seal preferred
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance roles required
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and HVAC
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
