In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and Engineering, you will focus on creating preventive maintenance programs for VPAG and VPEL. You will improve processes, provide technical support, and facilitate strong relationships with external partners to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee equipment maintenance programs
• Document and enhance procedures for maintenance efficiency
• Assess training requirements and develop related materials




• Audit maintenance quality and system management
• Coordinate with suppliers for maintenance projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years in a similar engineering role
• Solid commitment to continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• Bilingual in English and French, Spanish knowledge is a plus
