In the role of Team Leader, you will take charge of daily operations, closely monitoring tasks within Shipping, Receiving, Repairs, and Quality Checks. Collaboration with management to achieve company targets is essential, as is fostering a high-performing team culture. Your leadership will contribute to optimizing resources and identifying improvement areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team workflows to meet operational goals
• Achieve quality standards for materials and processes
• Optimize usage of equipment, labour, and materials
• Identify potential process improvement areas
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in outdoor yard operations is advantageous
• Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations
• Logistical and inventory management experience
