In this role, you report to the Sr Manager of AI & Platform Architecture and serve as a coach for engineers and solution designers. Your focus will include managing architecture roadmaps, producing design documents, and aligning solutions with business needs, all while fostering an AI-driven problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a mentor for engineering teams in Salesforce implementations
• Collaborate with architects to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop and communicate high-level and low-level designs effectively




• Oversee architecture roadmaps ensuring compliance with platform standards
• Validate proposed designs through proof of concepts before implementation

Requirements:
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years in architecture
• Expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced, billing, and invoicing systems
• Proven ability to create essential architecture documentation
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for coaching
• Experience with AI-based solutions and cross-system integration strategies
