In this full-time permanent role, you will teach grade 9-12 subjects, fostering resilience and self-esteem among learners impacted by exploitation. Your energetic approach to classroom facilitation will create engaging learning experiences while promoting cultural awareness. Utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive curricula that reflect the needs of each individual student.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver classroom instruction across multiple subjects
• Assess student skills and adapt curriculum accordingly
• Supervise students during lunch and morning meetings
• Keep detailed progress notes for student evaluation
• Work collaboratively to enhance educational programming
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education degree with a Manitoba Teacher’s Certificate
• Familiarity with adaptive teaching strategies
• Ability to engage students in physical activities
• Experience with classroom technology and software
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for off-site student trips
