Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams in tax engagement completion and client reports
• Develop and advise on proactive tax strategies
• Collaborate with CRA and provincial ministries
• Prepare corporate taxation election forms
• Mentor and coach team members in their development

Requirements:
• CPA designation and In-depth Tax Program completion
• 7 to 8 years of tax consulting experience
• Knowledge of Canadian tax legislation
• Proven ability in people management and leadership
• Willingness to travel as necessary
