Take charge of safety and guest experience as the Director of Patrol at RED Mountain Resort. Focus on effective management of Ski and Bike Patrol teams and risk strategies.

As the Director of Patrol, you will manage RED Mountain Resort's Patrol Department. This role is vital for developing year-round operational strategies encompassing skiing, biking, and special events. You'll ensure exceptional safety standards while engaging in budgeting, staff development, and risk assessment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train Ski and Bike Patrol teams
• Oversee special event safety and emergency planning
• Perform risk assessments for all patrol functions
• Manage departmental budget and capital planning




• Collaborate with other resort departments for overall safety

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in patrol roles with leadership
• 5+ years in avalanche control and explosives management
• Familiarity with risk management and safety protocols
• Relevant certifications in First Aid and avalanche safety
• Proven experience in event safety planning

Lead the charge in maintaining the highest safety standards at RED Mountain Resort while enhancing guest experiences.
