This Full-Time role calls for an experienced Centre Director dedicated to creating a positive environment for learning. Your responsibilities will include managing operations, adhering to safety regulations, and supervising staff performance. You'll also handle administrative duties and maintain open communication with families to support child development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct overall operations and ensure compliance with policies
• Recruit, train, and develop staff members effectively
• Oversee payroll and financial management tasks
• Communicate child development effectively with parents
• Implement training programs for all staff

Requirements:
• RECE designation with the Ontario College of ECE
• Familiar with licensing and childcare regulations
• Proficient in financial management
• Current immunization and health assessment
• CPR/First Aid Certification
