We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our Lexus Toyota dealership in Toronto. Provide outstanding service by managing repair orders and customer communications.

Based at 2336 Saint Clair Avenue West, we have established our presence for 65 years as a family-driven dealership. As a Service Advisor, you’ll write and close service repair orders, recommend maintenance, and keep customers informed about their service. We pride ourselves on a clean work environment and a supportive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write and manage service repair orders for customers
• Recommend maintenance and repair solutions effectively
• Close service orders ensuring customer satisfaction




• Update customers on the progress of vehicle repairs
• Undertake a variety of related tasks as necessary

Requirements:
• Automotive service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with valuable organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-centric approach in every interaction
