Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth strategies with brokers

• Provide ongoing training and support for brokers

• Assist in the onboarding process for new brokers

Requirements:
• College diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
• Actively pursuing Chartered Insurance Professional designation is a plus
