Elevate mental health treatment as a Psychologist II at Carewest in Red Deer, Alberta. This full time role involves delivering assessments and evidence-based interventions for clients referred by Veterans' Affairs Canada.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide diagnostic clinical assessments for disability applications and design individualized treatment plans. This role emphasizes collaboration to address operational stress injuries (OSI) and requires adherence to national and international clinical best practice guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic clinical assessments using standardized psychological tools
• Collaborate on individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team

• Provide episodic care within a tertiary mental health setting
• Utilize outcome monitoring tools to assess effectiveness

Requirements:
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology
• Registration or eligibility with the College of Alberta Psychologists
• Experience with military and first responders preferred
• Advanced knowledge of trauma-related disorders
• Proven competency in psychological assessment and psychotherapy
