This role encompasses overseeing small to medium road and parking projects across beautiful locations on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of the operations team, you will balance job site activities, direct crew training, and manage compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the crew with daily instructions and support
• Monitor project timelines and material monitoring
• Address quality deficiencies with proactive solutions




• Coordinate equipment logistics and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site

Requirements:
• Robust knowledge of construction specifications
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project layouts
• Solid communication and leadership qualities
• WHMIS and Occupational First Aid certification
• Traffic Control Person training is a plus
