Join Dialogue as a Mental Health Counsellor in an EAP role and provide impactful support to clients in Canada. This flexible in-person position allows you to guide others on their mental wellness journey.

We are looking for independent, licensed professionals with in-person practices to contribute to our EAP network. In this role, you will receive case referrals aligned with local demand, allowing you to integrate this work seamlessly with your private practice. Your expertise will help clients address various mental health challenges in a supportive, goal-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accept client referrals based on geographic demand
• Conduct consultations focused on individual mental health goals




• Empower clients in discussing their personal struggles
• Assist in identifying additional support resources
• Create a non-judgmental atmosphere for client inquiries

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree in counselling
• Professional license and insurance required
• Office access in Canada for in-person counselling
• Experience in short-term counselling preferred
• Knowledge of community resources is a plus
