A leading logistics and supply chain organization is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Assistant Finance Manager to support our growing operations. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing financial performance across multiple client contracts and sites. You will drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), manage complex client billing and month-end closes, and partner closely with operational leadership to turn financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities: P&L; Ownership: Take full accountability for revenues, margins, and operational costs across multiple client sites.
Strategic FP&A;: Lead variance analyses, rolling forecasts, and annual budget identifying margin drainers and cost-saving opportunities before they hit the bottom line.
Executive Business Partnering: Translate financial metrics into explicit actionable insights for non-finance operational leaders.
Month-End Mastery: Drive smooth,



accurate month-end close cycles (accruals, P&L; reconciliations, and margin reviews) without last-minute surprises.
Complex Billing Infrastructure: Build robust financial workbooks to validate, defend, and execute complex client billing agreements across varying contract cycles.
Coach & Elevate: Manage, mentor, and review the day-to-day deliverables of 2 Financial Analysts. You'll set the quality standard for billing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Qualifications: The Credentials: CPA preferred (or international equivalencies like ACCA).
The Background: 4–5 years in finance with deep exposure to FP&A;, P&L; management, and operational/supply chain environments.
The Leadership: ~2–3 years’ experience managing, reviewing, or mentoring junior analysts.
ERP: Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or heavy Oracle experience).
The Mindset: Resilient in rapid-paced environments, available to step up during month-end crunch time, and flexible to travel to GTA site locations when face-to-face collaboration is needed.
