Key Responsibilities:
• Operate screed and related paving machinery
• Ensure proper alignment and slope during work
• Collaborate closely with team members
• Uphold safety protocols on the job site
• Maintain quality control throughout paving operations

Requirements:
• 2-3 seasons of relevant experience in paving
• Knowledge of asphalt materials and techniques
• Valid BC Driver’s License for travel
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently
• Experience working in varying weather conditions
