In this position, you will oversee the performance and presentation of Clutch’s national fleet while coordinating with field operations and vendors. Your focus will be on preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and maintaining compliance documentation. As part of a rapidly growing team based in Toronto, you’ll support the operational backbone of Clutch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule repairs and maintenance with external vendors
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Track and report on repair statuses to stakeholders
• Maintain fleet appearance in line with brand standards
• Support compliance activities and inventory management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in service coordination
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Robust communication skills for effective collaboration
• Prior experience with fleet management systems is beneficial
