Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with P&C; team for talent engagement strategies
• Directly coach managers on effective people management
• Inspire a coaching culture to engage both staff and clients
• Implement national inclusiveness in people practices
• Collaborate nationwide to share best practices

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders effectively
• Understanding of current HR theory and legislation
• Capability to foster inclusive communication
• HR-related post-secondary education; CPHR is an asset
