You will play a vital role in promoting safety and independence among your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess functional abilities and daily living activities
• Identify safety risks and recommend modifications




• Implement client-centered intervention strategies
• Train clients and caregivers on mobility and safety
• Document client progress and adjust plans accordingly

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• COTO registration required
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Criminal background check within last year
