Become a pivotal part of Fraser Health's Mental Health & Substance Use team as a Clinical Practitioner. Focus on delivering individualized therapy and community-oriented support.

In this role, you will engage with clients facing acute mental health challenges, conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions tailored to their needs. Emphasizing collaboration with community resources, you'll foster environments for recovery through intensive follow-up and support services. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing access to timely care and client empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive recovery plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and prioritize client care




• Coordinate with community services for client support
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work or similar discipline
• Two years' relevant experience in mental health services
• Eligible to register with a skilled association
• Valid Class V driver's license for job-related use
• Strong assessment and intervention skills in mental health
