We're seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment in Maple, ON. This role is key to maintaining communication with customers and sales representatives during a crucial maternity leave coverage period.

This full time, 3–5 month position offers a chance to be an integral part of an efficient team. You'll be responsible for order desk management and assisting in daily operations to enhance service delivery. Demonstrating strong organizational skills will be vital in helping the team succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for Ontario sales representatives
• Manage customer inquiries through Toronto Order Desk inbox
• Process sales orders and apply discounts correctly




• Release orders into EWM via SAP
• Cover phone lines for VCR Order Desk during specified hours

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of customer service experience required
• Familiarity with ERP and SAP is a plus
• Strong clerical and administrative skills needed
• Ability to excel under pressure and multitask
• Legally allowed to work in Canada for the assignment
