As part of ECO Canada's initiative to enhance its training capacity, we are seeking trainers who specialize in areas like coastal monitoring, restoration, and climate adaptation. This flexible, contract-based role requires engaging participants through informative and applied learning experiences during 2-6 day sessions. Selected candidates will be prioritized based on their capacity to deliver multiple courses and their background in environmental education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 2-6 day training sessions using structured curriculum
• Facilitate hands-on learning through case studies




• Adapt training methods for local community needs
• Engage diverse participant backgrounds effectively
• Provide constructive feedback for continuous course improvement

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years relevant experience in environmental or coastal areas
• Expertise aligned with proposed micro-credential topics
• Proven track record in training or facilitation
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel for in-person sessions
