Key Responsibilities:
• Offer personal assistance and support for client routines

• Work under the guidance of the Primary Direct Support Worker
• Contribute to daily community engagement efforts

Requirements:
• Preferred social services degree or related experience
• Valid CPR, First Aid, and NVCI certifications
• G license to drive residents for activities
• Experience in mental health and addictions supportive roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
