Candidates are appointed to manage, reconcile and coordinate relief, positions and seniority, as well as supporting programs.
They’re also appointed to collaborate with internal, and external trainers and facilitators to coordinate learning and development training courses.
Candidates are appointed to manage seniority, position and eligibility lists, confidential items and employee records according to the collective agreement business needs, practices and policies.
They’re appointed to coordinate appropriate work placement for employees returning from short and extended absences.




Job requirement Candidates must have completed 1-year certificate in office administration and at least 5 years of job-related experience.
They must attain Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office to be eligible for this post.
They must possess knowledge of collective agreements, policies, labour laws, procedures and processes and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) requirements.
Candidates must have experience within a unionized environment and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
They must attain excellent interpersonal skills along with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required for success in this
Work setting They must attain dedicated previous experience using Workforce Telestaff and UKG Dimensions.
