Become a vital part of Pacific Coast Community Resources as a Community Support Worker. You'll advocate for individuals in your care, promoting their independence while providing comprehensive support.

In this impactful role, you will work closely with a dedicated team to enhance the quality of life for those living with disabilities. Your minimum two years of experience in community social services, along with your Community Support Worker Diploma, will enable you to effectively engage with individuals and implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster respectful relationships with individuals and their families
• Advocate for personal rights and daily choices
• Document health information accurately in case management databases




• Support with daily living activities and medication routines
• Promote community integration among supported individuals

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Community Support Worker Diploma required
• Minimum 2 years in community health or social services
• Proficiency in mental health support needed
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Food Secure certifications
• Satisfactory criminal record clearance and valid driver's license
