In this position, you will oversee concrete operations, ensuring projects meet specifications and quality benchmarks while actively participating in the work. Your responsibilities will include planning daily activities, reading construction drawings, and supporting formwork activities. This role also requires effective communication with site supervision and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate daily operations of concrete crew
• Engage fully in hands-on concrete work alongside crew
• Plan work based on schedules and resource availability
• Monitor quality and safety standards at all times
• Communicate project progress and concerns to site leaders
Requirements:
• Experience in a Concrete Foreman or leadership position
• Solid expertise in structural concrete and flatwork
• Ability to interpret civil and concrete drawings
• Proven leadership in safety practices
• Readiness to travel to various sites in Edmonton
