The successful Outreach Worker serves clients in Campbell River and reports to the Designated Manager. Applicants should have a related diploma or equivalent experience, ideally with case management exposure. Key tasks include crisis intervention, securing stable living situations, and networking clients with resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skills training to enable secure living
• Develop individualized plans to address client needs
• Ensure clients access necessary community resources




• Administer required finances and medications
• Maintain records and document client progress

Requirements:
• Related diploma/certificate or Grade 12 plus two years experience
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
• Crisis intervention training is preferred
• Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Clearance required
