Become a key player at OnSite Rentals in Whitby, Ontario, as a Rental Specialist. This role focuses on customer service and efficient equipment handling to ensure satisfaction.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their rental choices and ensuring each item is in top condition. Your hands-on role will include equipment checks and maintenance while building relationships with both contractors and repeat customers. Engage directly in shaping the rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist with project needs
• Guide safe operation and usage of rented tools
• Prepare equipment for pick-up and rental reservations
• Conduct inspections for safety compliance
• Support overall organization and safety in the rental area
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in customer service roles
• Comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Robust work ethic and proactive approach
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence (G class)
